making the value of a telecom maintenance company evident through an integrated demonstration platform

Observation is the source of innovation. For this group of projects we worked together with a Telecom maintenance company in order to shine light on their innovation process. We created a set of integrated interactive areas where innovative projects could be presented, tested and constantly updated. This allows for it to act as a living portal that adapts to the requirements which ultimately shows their value within their sector.

Process

• conducted design workshops to determine the needs of the company and improve their innovation process

• Analyzed the data and developed concepts

• Developed IoT dashboard to track the performance and developed smart maintenance

• Designed the UX and UI for innovation dashboard

• Developed prototypes and integrated sensor capabilities
